Parking

About 150 m before the entrance you will find the large parking lot and above to the left above the main entrance.

carts

Available for rent in the Entrance for SEK 40 / day. When you return the cart to the entrance desk, you will receive a small gift.

Dogs

Dogs are allowed to enter the park but must be kept on a leash at all times. They are not allowed to enter the houses.

Does Tomteland have its own accommodation?

Tomteland does not have its own accommodation, but we cooperate with different types of accommodation facilities that have “Tomteland packages” where accommodation and entrance to Tomteland are included. Take a look at our “Accommodation page”.

Is Tomteland located in the middle of Mora?

Tomteland is a 15-minute drive, about 17 km, outside Mora, in the village of Gesunda just below the foot of the high Gesunda mountain..

How long does a visit in Tomteland take?

Our range of programs has been constantly expanded for each season with more entertainment, more fairytale characters and new environments in the fairytale land. We have programs that run at the same time in different places in the park. There for we recommend our most popular tickets, the 2-day tickets, that give the opportunity to have to see and experience everything at Tomteland. If you live nearby or stay in the region for a long time, the season card or our annual card is a good alternative. See opening hours and prices.

Changing tables & toilets

Toilets are available in several places around the park. Changing tables are available at the entrance, Mrs. Santa’s café and in Santa’s workshop. Toilets are marked out in the program sheet, it is also possible to ask the elves in the park.

Own lunch bag?

To Tomteland you are welcome to bring your own lunch bag. In good weather you can take a seat on one of all the benches and tables that are outdoors in the park, there is also a slogbod with a fireplace at the back of Lake Aurora. In worse weather you can consume his lunch bag in Trollens hus where there is also a fireplace. Firewood is available on site if you want to grill sausages etc.

Personal carer enter free of charge upon presentation of a certificate at the entrance.
You can go all the way to the entrance to drop off wheelchair users or those who have walking difficulties.
The park is handicap friendly, most roads in the park are paved and plowed and sanded in winter.
Most buildings have the necessary spaces, ramps etc.
Disabled toilets are located in the entrance building, Santa’s café and two at the large Workshop.

What happens in bad weather?

Santa’s program runs even in bad weather. Be sure to dress according to the prevailing temperature and precipitation! In extreme cases when it is very cold or persistent rain, we move in or change the program.

Can you take a swim at Tomteland?

Yes, we have our very own swimming lake in the middle of Tomteland – Lake Aurora. Here is a small bathing bay with a sandy beach and wonderfully cooling water to splash and swim in.
