Midwinter blot 2021
More than 50,000 people have seen the Vikings Nökve, Hjorun, Gullvej and Hilldur rock out on Tomteland. For the 17th year in a row, the successful show is played in Santa’s large Workshop. in the glow of candles and crackling fires.
The 2021 performance will be an even BIGGER production with NEW effects and an EXTENDED ensemble.

Dalarna's most popular Christmas show
Gild the winter with Dalarna’s most popular Christmas show with friends, family and colleagues!
The experience begins with a walk through Tomteland’s beautiful winter landscape. Once inside the Verkstán, one of Europe’s largest timber buildings, you will see a colorful performance in three acts while enjoying a delicious three-course dinner in a unique Christmas environment.
Performance dates and tickets will be released in February 2021.
The ticket includes: Welcome mulled wine, Midwinter blot show in 3 acts, 3-course dinner with delicious main course buffet.
Food
Tomteland’s talented chefs prepare our Midwinter Blots dinner from scratch, a delicious three-course dinner & nbsp; based on raw materials from Mora’s and Dalarna’s food producers.
Menu
Starter
Nökve’s crayfish and shrimp cake spiced with Västerbotten cheese, lemon and cumin.
Main course
Long-baked Swedish sirloin and Hilldur’s valley-smoked farm pork cubes in port wine sauce with pickled onions, served with root vegetable gratin and Gullvejs famous broccoli marinated in honey and ginger.
Dessert
Hjorun’s soft gingerbread with lingonberry cream, saffron fudge and sour cream frosting.
INFO
The ticket invoice is a confirmation that you have received your pre-booked seats. Information is sent out together with the invoice. No actual tickets will be sent out. On arrival you only talk about which company you belong and you will be placed at the table. The name of the company is the person or company who booked the ticket.
The booking is binding, purchased tickets can not be returned. If for some reason you can not come, you are welcome to resell your ticket yourself (the ticket is not personal).
We start from the booking date and the size of the party when we place a table. Some deviations from this can be made to create space for people with reduced mobility and only then will we see if they can fulfill any wishes for table placement.
The food is served between the performances’ acts. As some table seats have obscured visibility, you are welcome to stand in a better place under the stern. Our skilled serving staff will show you.
Special food and allergies need to be notified in advance no later than ten days before the performance.
Midwinter Blots bus
Take yourself comfortably by bus to and from Midwinterblot: SEK 190 / person. The bus departs from Kajen in Mora at 18.30. Return from Tomteland at 24.00. Bus can be booked up to two days before the show.
Tonight's layout
The gate at Tomteland’s entrance opens at 19.00, from there you walk through the beautifully lit park to the Workshop where the show and dinner start.
Once inside, you hang off your clothes and are shown to your table.
The performance is in three acts. The starter is on the table when you arrive. The first act starts when all the guests have arrived. If a party is delayed, we may need to start the show anyway.
After the first act, our delicious main course buffet is served. The second act is given after the main course and the third act is enjoyed together with dessert and coffee.
We close for the evening at 24.00.
